If a user indicates that they do not see candidates in the folder, first check whether this user has access to the folder in question.
You can check this access in two ways:
1. On the job detail page go to Options and then select Living Folder.
From here you will enter the Smart folder associated with this vacancy.
Then choose Options again and from there you can go to the Folder Settings
In the following screen you can see which users now have access to this folder, or ever had access. Users with 'Open' access have access to the vacancy.
Users whose access status is 'Revoked' once had access to the folder, but no longer have it.
You can grant access by clicking on the green plus icon on this page. Here you can set the rights that the user should be given, select the user and possibly leave a message.
The user receives an email in their mailbox that access is set.
2. Via 'Setting up a Commitees
By setting up a committee, you can set up access to a folder of a certain role (committee) in one go.
β
In the vacancy detail page, go to Committees and select Set up access to candidate folder:
β
Here you can set up different committees, by setting the access rights and access period.
Adjustments per roll are made by clicking on the pencil icon.
Then you can set up the committee together. You can do this by clicking on Assemble committees
β
You can then set the different users per role.
You can set up the different commission roles via Configuration > Back Office > Accounts > Interviewer roles
