Do you want to give your colleague(s) access to the vacancies you manage within Ubeeo? Then this is possible.
Within Ubeeo you can click on your name at the top right to go to your account settings.
Here you can indicate on the Access sharing tab with whom you want to share your account.
Click on the pencil on this screen to open the Give access screen, after which you can search for the colleague(s) you want to give access to your account. If you want to add multiple people here, select all users by clicking the select box before their name. Then click save.
On your profile you will now see with which colleague(s) you have shared your account.
Note: In order to actually see the vacancies and candidates, it is important that the colleague(s) with whom you have shared your account turn on the 'share account' icon in their account. This is 'on' when the icon turns green.
