Did you change a candidate status to Hired or Rejected and does something change in this situation? There are two ways to put this candidate back into the procedure.
❗Note: When removing the Reject status, Analytics will also be adjusted. After updating the Analytics information, the Rejected status also disappears from that overview.
Also keep in mind that when there is a link with your HR system there might be events that are triggered in that system after Hiring a candidate.
Remove hired or rejected step
You can remove the final status of the candidate by going to the correct procedure in the relevant tab (choose Rejected if the candidate is set to Rejected. Or Hired when the status is Hired). Here you will see the option Actions.
In the next screen, you can delete the Status Hired by clicking on the red cross.
Has the candidate for vacancy A already been rejected but do you want to add them to vacancy B? Then it is better to manually enter the candidate into the system.
Add candidate manually
You can re-enter the candidate via the left menu Candidates > Add Candidate. That way you create a new application for this candidate, and you do not delete the history.
