Ubeeo uses different retention periods of candidate data.
GDPR Retention
· 4 weeks or 1 year : when applying for a job (this is both via the vacancy site as well as when entered manually*, also via the Agencies portal)
· 3 years : after hiring applicant
· 2 weeks : in case of referral if no action is taken
· 1 year : at event registration **
· 1 year : create alert in case of vacancy **
* When an applicant is manually added to the system they will receive an e-mail with the request to use their data, when they don’t allow use of their data they will automatically be removed after 2 weeks.
**The reason that these retention periods are 1 year is that they do not fall under the application code of the NVP.
