Candidates that you add manually (and do not yet exist with the same e-mail address in Ubeeo) must give permission that they agree to the use of their data.
If the candidate does not respond to this e-mail, it is possible to resend this permission after 1 day. To do this, go to Candidates > AVG in the menu > Pending GDPR
On the screen that follows, you can resend the mail via the e-mail icon.
*Did the candidate enter a wrong e-mail address? Then you can adjust this in the same screen by double clicking on the e-mail address present there. After that, click update.
*If the candidate indicates that he has not received the e-mail, it may happen that it has ended up in the spam box.
*By clicking on the red cross you remove the candidate entirely, please be careful with this.
