Process overruns are set by your organization. If a candidate has a certain status, it is the intention that the candidate goes to the next phase of his application withinn a certain amount of time.
As an example: after the First interview, according to the set track types, it may take 5 days before the candidate is moved to the next phase, for example Reject or invite for a follow-up interview.
If this does not happen, you as a recruiter or vacancy holder will receive a notification to the candidate that the step to the next phase takes too long. This looks like this on the candidate profile:
You will also see a notification of this in the Ongoing processes
This message disappears if you take a next step in the process.
Who set up these process overruns?
This is done during the implementation (or at a later stage) in consultation with your organisation.
Where can I find these process overruns?
Track types (and their associated exceedances) are only visible if you have the correct user rights to do so. These can be found under:
Configuration > Back Office > Processes > Process steps
In this overview you will see the Maximum number of days (Maximum SLA days).
